Questions, answered
Do both partners need the app?
To share vows, reflections and moments, you'll each use LoveVow on your own iPhone. You can start on your own, though: LoveVow works solo until your partner joins, and one Premium subscription covers you both.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your onboarding answers are only used to personalise your vows, and your partner never sees them. Reflections are shared with your partner only once you've both shared. We don't show ads, sell your data or track you across other apps. Read our Privacy Policy for the details.
How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose LoveVow. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Refunds are handled by Apple.
How do I delete my account?
In LoveVow, go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile and private data. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel that with Apple too. You can also email us at hello@lovevow.app.
