- Open LoveVow and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This removes your profile and private data. If you can't get into the app, email hello@lovevow.app and we'll delete your account for you.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it with Apple as well, as described below.
Manage or cancel Premium
- On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then LoveVow.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Unpairing from your partner
If you unpair, the history you've shared stays saved for both of you.
